Proposed Changes to the Sanitary Sludge Land Application Program on the Oak Ridge Reservation
Based on the findings of DOE/EA-1042, DOE has determined that the proposed changes in the sanitary sewage sludge land application program on the Oak Ridge Reservation, Oak Ridge, Tennessee, do not constitute a major Federal action that would significantly affect the quality of the human environment, within the context of the National Environmental Policy Act. Therefore, preparation of an environmental impact statement is not required.
