Western Area Power Administration (WAPA) proposes to apply pre-emergent, post-emergent, UV Inhibitor herbicides, which may include spray marking dyes, at Lone Butte Substation located in Section 13, Township 2 South, Range 3 East on the Gila and Salt River Baseline and Meridian. This work is needed to maintain the reliability and safety of the bulk electric systems.
