The U.S. DOE is proposing to provide federal funding to the Delaware Valley Industrial Resource Center to identify and fund a Technical Director position that would provide technical advice and assistance to small or medium-sized manufacturing companies in the greater Philadelphia area. The Technical Director position would be funded over three budget periods.
