The U.S. DOE is proposing to provide federal funding to the Town of Drummond, Oklahoma under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program. The Town of Drummond proposes to use $250,000 to construct community wind turbines to benefit the Drummond public school.
