The U.S. DOE is proposing to provide federal funding to Hyundai American Technical Center, Inc. to track the progress of fuel cell electric vehicles (FCEVs) for up to five years. The proposed objective is to collect and submit real-world vehicle performance data and, if available and plausible, provide data to the National Renewable Energy Laboratory for analysis and aggregation into composite data products, which would be utilized to validate the performance of FCEVs.
