This project would install a new steam and condensate line to replace the one currently being used. When fully operational, the replaced line would provide steam and condesate return services to Zone 11 and Zone 12, making it more efficient and reliable than the existing line. A compressed air line would also be relocated above ground and a portion of the existing steam system and trench would be demolished. In addition, the demolition of the remaining steam system and trench is an option that would be performed if funding and time allows.
