Hudson Valley Community College's sub-recipient Southern Maine Community College (SMCC) proposes to use federal funding to purchase solar photovoltaic (PV) equipment, tools and balance of system for the "Train the Trainer" program. The proposed project would be conducted at SMCC's campus (2 Fort Road, South Portland, Maine 04106) located 500 feet west of Simonton Cove.
