The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) provided funding to the County of Greenville (Greenville) under the DOE's American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program (EECBG). Greenville proposes to use -$1,091,324 of its EECBG funding to construct additional sidewalks near local schools.
