Western proposes to trench, add approximately 180 feet of conduit and fiber optic cable from the Buck Boulevard Substation MEER building east to the fence line. The trenching will be approximately 180 feet, 36 inches deep and 18 inches wide. The disturbed ground will be used for backfill. We will use existing access roads and vehicles such as pickup trucks, crew trucks, backhoes, and bucket trucks to bring personnel and equipment to the work area.
