The Department of Energy is proposing to continue to provide federal funding to the Hawaii Renewable Energy Development Venture. This National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) determination applies to Task 2 of the Statement of Project Objectives. Additional NEPA review is required for two subtasks of the GenX Energy Development: Off-Grid Commercial Scale Wind Storage Platform project as defined below.
