This National Environmental Policy Act determination applies to the Fusion Renewables, LLC project selected by the Wisconsin Office of Energy Independence to receive federal funding. The Office of Energy Independence selected the project proposed by Fusion Renewables, LLC and proposes to provide $300,000 in federal funding to upgrade and renovate an existing fuel blending terminal to enable it to store and blend biodiesel with petroleum diesel. The terminal that has been selected is located at the Port of Milwaukee at 1626 South Harbor Drive Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
