Bonneville Power Administration proposes to upgrade the secondary containment system for the protection of stormwater runoff and protection of environmental resources at Alvey Maintenance Headquarters. The work will take place on the previously disturbed and existing pole storage facility behind the Mechanic Shop. The intent of the project is to provide improved capture of utility pole leachate.
