The plug and abandonment (P&A) of wells was approved in the October 2008 Sitewide Environmental Assessment (SWEA) [Section 3.1.1 , Page 11 , Line 1] and Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI). Includes well workovers, plug and abandon wells, and associated dirt work, to include repair of anchors/piping/flowlines and construction of temporary workover pits.
