The Department of Energy is proposing to provide $500,000 in State Energy Program American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (SEP ARRA) funding to Magellan Midstream Partners, LP (Magellan) to install a new B99 - 210,000 gallon (5,000 barrel) above-ground storage tank, piping, and in-line meter blending equipment to handle biodiesel at six loading positions at its bulk fuel storage terminal facility.
