This project will install electrical lights to each of the Tactical Detection Support Facility (TDSF) exterior dog walks. The lights will be operated by a three-way toggle switch. Exterior electrical outlets will also be provided. A sidewalk will be installed that will connect the existing kennel Building 703-IOB to the new TDSF, building 703-23B.
