Replacing these units will realize an energy savings of approximately 15%-20%. Estimated cost of replacing heat and air units in three locations (Administrative Offices and Gym, Park Operations, Lake McMurtry) and installing a new electronic control program in another unit (Multi Arts Center) is $53,451.
