Energy Efficiency Conservation Block Grant Fund. Department of Energy is proposing to provide $125,000 in Energy Efficiency Conservation Block Grant funding to the City of Murray, Kentucky to construct 4,375 linear feet of five foot-wide sidewalk. The sidewalk would be located on North 16th Street and Lowes Drive, which is North of Highway 121.
