The State of Delaware sub-recipient proposes to use $45,000 of Energy Efficiency Conservation Block Grant funds to install variable speed drives on the town's 2 submersible well pumps. The variable speed drives will allow the pumps to work more consistently and efficiently, reducing energy inputs to move water throughout the town.
