This National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) determination is being completed to document a change in location for the proposed Hawaii Hydrogen Power Park as outlined in NEPA review GFD-10-324. The recipient is proposing to relocate the project from the Hawaii Volcanoes National Park (as previously reviewed) to the United States Marine Corps Base Hawaii, Honolulu, Oahu. This fueling station will be used to fuel GM Equinox fuel cell vehicles.
