Location(s): Willamette Meridian, Oregon
Office(s): Bonneville Power Administration
Portland General Electric (PGE) is planning to construct an overhead transmission line to tap into their existing Saint Mary?s Substation from their newly built Cornell Substation. PGE?s new 115-kilovolt transmission line would cross over Bonneville Power Administration's (BPA) Keeler-Oregon City # 2 transmission line at the junction of the line and Oregon State Highway 26. Their plan includes installation of a two-pole H-Frame structure to control conductor height at the crossing. BPA is proposing to grant PGE permission to cross over its Keeler-Oregon City #2 line.
