A mixed waste treatability study will be performed to test the fluidized bed steam reforming (FBSR) technology on a composite of two caustic Hanford tank waste streams (AZ101 and AZ102). The tests will be performed in Savannah River National Laboratory 773-A Shielded Cells, A-block with portions being completed in B-wing and in the Analytical Development labs. Approximately, 1.5 liters of each waste stream will be fed to the process over the course of ~15 runs (100 milliliters of waste per run).
