Sandia National Laboratories/New Mexico (SNL/NM) proposes to provide the technical expertise and capability of the Infrared (IR) and Raman Spectroscopy Laboratory, which would be available to Sandia researchers with Biological Safety Level-1 (BSL-1) samples. No new construction would be needed to establish the BSL-1 laboratory.
