The City of Sisseton, South Dakota is proposing to use Energy Efficiency Conservation Block Grant American Recovery and Reinvestment Act funding to install a ground source heat pump system that will handle the heating and cooling needs at the local Library. The ground source heat pump system will be a vertical, closed loop system with a capacity of 8 tons. There will be 8 boreholes needed covering 5,625 square feet.
