The Texas State Energy Office proposes to use American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) funding for the purchase and installation of cool roofing projects on multiple state and municipal buildings. The intended use of ARRA funds is going to be used by the Sub Grantees under the State of Texas Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant program to all of the entities that did not qualify for direct formula grants from the Department of Energy originally.
