Minnesota State Energy Office will give $9,820.65 to Mark Korf for a 7 ton ground source heat pump system with a vertical loop field. The excavation consisted of 8 vertical wells installed to a depth of 140 feet. Total excavation was 20 feet wide by 120 feet long by 8 feet deep. No deforesting was needed for this project. The Minnesota Department of Health, County Well Index provides a record of well logs. According to a review of well logs in the vicinity of the site, groundwater ranges from 130 to 170 feet.
