Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) proposes to replace deteriorating wood poles and associated structural/electrical components (such as cross arms, insulators, guy anchors) on structure 2/3 of the Ross-Vancouver Shipyard Number 1 transmission line. Pole replacement will be in the same location as the existing structure. All work will be in accordance with the National Electrical Safety Code and BPA standards.
