Bonneville Power Administration proposes to improve existing access roads serving the Satsop-Aberdeen Number 2 and Number 3, and the Aberdeen Tap to South Elma-Cosmopolis transmission lines. The project includes blading, rocking, and installing proper drainage for the existing access roads that are degraded with rutting, erosion, cut bank destabilization, and improper surface water drainage characteristics. All road maintenance will take place within the existing road prism.
