Spherical Resorcinol-Formaldehyde organic resin (MSDS # 36589) will be contacted with various chemical solutions so that adsorption and desorption of cesium, potassium, mercury, and other metal ions can be measured. Solutions are Savannah River National Laboratory (on site) generated simulants of Savannah River Site tank salt wastes or are elution reagents. This work does not involve any radioactive material.
