The Township intends to use is Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant (EECBG) Program to the planning and construction activities for the pedestrian path linkage between the Overlook Community Campus and surrounding neighborhoods. In particular, the project involves linking the Manheim Township Public Library project (trip generator) to the surrounding pedestrian path network within the Overlook Community Campus and surrounding neighborhood area comprising 50 homes and businesses.
