Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program. The Blue Lake Rancheria Tribe of California proposes to hire a technical consultant to gather additional information and make recommendations as to the best energy efficiency and conservation project or projects to utilize energy efficiency and conservation block grant funds. Following these recommendations, a decision will be made on building retrofits, and the specific retrofits will be identified and submitted for National Environmental Policy Act review.
