The Illinois Department of Commerce & Economic Opportunity (DCED) has submitted the following three projects totaling $1,297,908 that fall within the National Environmental Policy State Energy Program template. Kraft Foods, Naperville; Kraft Foods, Chicago Bakery; and Rentech Energy Midwest.
