A portion of California's State Energy Program (SEP) grant will fund energy efficiency retrofits. These retrofits are limited to: Lighting Upgrades (to T-12, T-8, Compact Fluorescent Lights), Boiler Retrofits, Insulation, Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning upgrades (excluding Ground Source Heat Pump), Streetlight Retrofits, Occupancy Sensors, Programmable Thermostats.
