Projects include: 1) Revolving Loan Fund and 2) Program Administration. The City would fund an Energy Policy Analyst position to coordinate the city's existing energy efficiency initiatives including the Energy Smart Initiative, the Neighborhood Commercial Investment Program, and the State Department of Natural Resources' HERO program. All of these initiatives provide energy efficiency subsides for home owners and businesses in the Greater New Orleans area.
