DOE is proposing to provide federal funds to the City of Saint Paul, Minnesota to support the Solar America Cities - Solar Market Transformation program. The City of Saint Paul is proposing to research, design, install and commission a hot water based solar district heating system in Saint Paul. The City also proposes to complete a feasibility study for a steam-based solar district heating system.
