Virginia's Dept of Mines, Minerals and Energy will administer the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant (EECBG) Program for the state of Virginia. Virginia's Dept of Mines, Minerals and Energy would pass through DOE funding to sub-recipients for the implementation Virginia's EECBG Program. All projects under this program are bounded in compliance with the uploaded and signed EECBG Template for Expedited National Environmental Policy Act review.
