Rhode Island's Office of Energy Resources will administer the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant (EECBG) Program for the state of Rhode Island. Rhode Island's Office of Energy Resources would pass through DOE funding to sub-recipients for the implementation Rhode Island's EECBG Program. All projects under this program are bounded in compliance with the uploaded and signed EECBG Template for Expedited National Environmental Policy Act review.
