Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant fund. Westmoreland County (located in southwest Pennsylvania) plans to use funds as reimbursement for the cost of constructing a 100 ton ground source heat pump system serving their 48,000 square foot Juvenile Detention Building in the city of Greensburg.
