SGL Automotive Carbon Fibers Limited Liability Company (LLC) is opening a plant in Moses Lake, Washington to manufacture carbon fiber material to be used in BMW vehicles that will make them lighter and more energy efficient. The State Energy Program (SEP) funds will be used to purchase and install commercially available equipment designed for increased energy efficiency.
