The County of Saint Louis, Missouri would implement a portion of their Intelligent Transportation System (ITS). The proposed activity is part of a coordinated effort to improve the flow of traffic through major intersections throughout the Saint Louis region. This project would implement the most critical parts of the County's Hanley Road corridor between the City of Clayton and the City of Florissant. The specific segments of the ITS that would be implemented with Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant funds are detailed in the "Special Provisions to the General Specifications" document provided to the Department of Energy on February 26, 2010.
