The following activities fall within the bounds of the signed Statement of Work (SOW) and therefore are categorically excluded under National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA): Activity #3- Revolving Loan Fund, Activity #5- Residential Retrofits. The following activities have already been categorically excluded from further NEPA review bythe Department of Energy and are not being included in this action: Activity #1- Renovation for the Green Resource Center, Activity #2- Energy Audits for Business and Government Structures, Activity #4- Energy Retrofits for Government Buildings, Activity #6- Residential Retrofits (Audits), Activity #7- Energy conservation Public Outreach/Education and Training, Activity #8- Energy Efficiency and Conservation for Building and Facilities, Activity #9- Development and Implementation of Transportation Programs, Activity #10- Replacement of Outdoor lighting with Energy Efficiency Options on County Property.
