North Dakota's Department of Commerce will administer the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant (EECBG) Program for the state of North Dakota. North Dakota's Department of Commerce would pass through Department of Energy funding to sub-recipients for the implementation of North Dakota's EECBG Program. All projects under this program are bounded in compliance with the uploaded and signed EECBG Template for Expedited National Environmental Policy Act review.
