Maryland Energy Administration will administer the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant (EECBG) Program for the state of Maryland. Maryland's Energy Administration would pass through Department of Energy funding to sub-recipients for the implementation of Maryland's EECBG Program. All projects under this program are bounded in compliance with the uploaded and signed EECBG Template for Expedited National Environmental Policy Act review.
