Illinois' Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity will administer the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant (EECBG) Program for the state of Illinois. Illinois' Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity would pass through Department of Energy funding to sub-recipients for the implementation of Illinois' EECBG Program for their Captial Development Board Projects. All projects under this program are bounded in compliance with the uploaded and signed EECBG Template for Expedited National Environmental Policy Act review.
