Wisconsin's Office of Energy Independence would pass Department of Energy funding to Renewegy, LLC. Renewegy's facility in Portage, Wisconsin would use a $525,000 State Energy Program loan for inventory including generators and actuators for 20 kilowatt wind turbine and the assembly line hoist and electronic dynomometers for the product launch phase.
