Oklahoma's Department of Commerce would pass Department of Energy (DOE) share funding to the Board of Regents of the University of Oklahoma. The Board of Regents would use DOE funding to construct covered storage and charging stations for 8 electric utility vehicles on the University's Norman Campus. These stations will have 5 kilowatt photovoltaic array and any energy not utilized in charging the vehicles will be fed back into the University's power grid.
