Oklahoma's Department of Commerce would pass Department of Energy (DOE) share funding to Metropolitan Tulsa Transit Authority ("MTTA"). MTTA would use DOE funding to pay for the incremental cost of purchasing up to 14 CNG (compressed natural gas) buses and conversion of 30 existing buses from diesel to CNG.
