Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program. The proposed action would involve energy audits on 151 low-rent residential housing units on St. Croix Tribal lands. The tribe will provide leveraged funds for the project, as well as staff to receive training in the auditing process while the audits are performed.
