Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program. The proposed action would involve assessing individual tribal businesses and entities for possible updates and retrofits for lighting, weatherization, heating, ventilating, and air conditioning and appliance/equipment to increase efficiency/conservation and reduce carbon emissions. These assessments would provide the program with a list of projects within each individual building that would meet the tribe's goals of greenhouse gas emissions reductions.
