Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program. The Tanana Chiefs Conference proposes to work with the Allakaket Tribal Council to conduct lighting retrofits for existing street lights in the Allakaket Village. High efficiency lighting will be installed on approximately 33 existing street lights.
