SUBJECT:     One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services (OASIS)

SUMMARY: The General Services Administration (GSA) recently awarded OASIS and OASIS Small Business (SB), two multiple award, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts providing flexible and innovative solutions for complex professional services. Procurement Directors and Heads of Contracting Activities are encouraged to maximize use of OASIS as an opportunity to help your office and the DOE to reach our cost savings, strategic sourcing, and Small Business goals. GSA touts these contracts as easy to use and as providing maximum flexibility at the task order level. They are available for use by DOE Federal Procurement Offices and DOE Contractors with the appropriate delegation of authority.
